Therapeutic Preschool
Our therapist-led Preschool Prep program at OTEIM is designed for 3 to 5-year-olds. Each session lasts three hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, focusing on essential speech skills like articulation, vocabulary, and sentence structure. Our expert Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) uses interactive games, storytelling, and age-appropriate exercises to address common speech challenges, ensuring personalized attention for each child's needs. We employ various modalities, including: Play-Based Therapy: Engaging activities to practice speech and language skills. Storytelling: Enhancing vocabulary and narrative skills through interactive stories. Articulation Exercises: Fun activities to improve speech clarity. Language Expansion: Encouraging longer sentences and varied vocabulary. Songs and Rhymes: Using music to boost phonological awareness and fluency. Interactive Games: Promoting communication skills and social interaction. Our program nurtures confident communication, preparing your child for preschool and beyond. Cost: $165 per day.
Sensory Integration Clinic
Our team of occupational therapists we work with you to develop a customized plan for your specific needs. Through collaborative evaluations and assessments, we identify your strengths and areas for growth. Our sensory integration gym in Ladera Ranch, CA allows us to provide hands-on therapy that targets your individual needs. Our goal is to help you achieve success through meaningful and purposeful activities that promote health and well-being.

Initial Consultation
- Consult call to discuss programming pathway -Completion of an information packet - Scheduling manager coordinates timing - Pre-evaluation paperwork is completed
Tailored Program
- May begin with an evaluation followed by 1 to 3 weeks of intensive therapy - Can include various therapies such as OT, Speech - Photobiomodulation, Reflex Integration, and more - Option to complete evaluation only and return later for intensive programming - Sessions typically range from 2 to 4 hours per day, with scheduled breaks - Caregiver training
Aftercare
- Techniques and home program ideas shared for continued progress Post-evaluation consultation within 2 weeks - Follow-up consultations scheduled 4 to 6 weeks after returning home -Ongoing mentoring and potential return visits decided by the family and professional team - Monthly consultations for 6 months, with possible reduced frequency thereafter - Return visits for intensive programming scheduled within 3 to 6 months; annual “booster” sessions available
Our intensive program is designed to take advantage of the neuroplasticity in the brain through consistent and targeted therapies within a brief time period. We provide the brain and body what is has needed in order to participate in other interventions more successfully. Intensives create change that is simply not possible due to limitations of typical treatment approaches.
